About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Account Manager to drive the promotion and expansion of Moniic’s luxury chauffeur services. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and key stakeholders in the UAE and beyond.
You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, upselling services, and optimizing customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with key clients to present Moniic’s premium chauffeur services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted promotional campaigns.
- Manage client accounts using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Identify customers with low engagement and develop initiatives to increase service usage.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure flawless service execution.
- Represent Moniic at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
What We Look For
- Previous sales or account management experience in the luxury service, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of high-end clientele expectations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Dubai, with the ability to travel for client meetings and networking events.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
